Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and generating IT and other business contacts to place consultants, and understanding and selling other Innogist services. This will include gathering the necessary job requisitions to place qualified consultants with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast financial projections for growing the business in his or her territory.
  • Generation of revenue from projects, consultant & executive assignments as well as speaking engagements on a regular basis in order to meet forecasted targets.
  • Client development & relationship building
  • Recruiter relationship building 

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have 5 - 7 years experience selling IT staffing/consulting/technology services to various-sized organizations throughout the designated markets. At least 2 years should have been in a managerial role.

Candidates will have previous experience in a similar capacity and should be well versed in Online, Cloud and Managed Service environments. Must have good communication skills, a professional image, an upbeat personality and a strong desire to succeed. Must also be comfortable with cold-calling and self-generation and research of client contacts.
